We had such a wonderful time and Jessica was amazing. She was quick to answer any questions and went above and beyond to provide helpful information about the house and 30A. The house is absolutely gorgeous and was a great layout for our 3-generation family trip. The beds were comfortable and having an elevator, a separate thermostat on each floor and en-suite bathrooms made this house absolutely perfect. I wish we could have stayed longer! We will definitely be back!!

Jessica was always quick to respond and answered any questions I had. She was also so kind and helpful with suggestions around the area, which made our trip even more enjoyable. The house is tucked away in a small, clean, gated community just off the main street, which leads to cute ice cream shops and great restaurants. My family and I had so much fun cruising around in the golf cart to grab food or find beach access points. The house itself is modern, beautifully decorated, and well-stocked with all the kitchen essentials—perfect for relaxing or entertaining. It also had all the beach essentials, which was such a nice touch! The elevator was perfect for taking our luggage up to the 2nd and 3rd floors, which made settling in so much easier. Everything was just as depicted in the pictures. We truly enjoyed our stay!

We had a great time! The house was in a great location. Having a golf cart was very convenient. We went everywhere in it. The kids were able to ride bikes and walk, being that the coffee and ice cream shops were so close. The elevator was also convenient for loading/unloading to the top 2 floors, as well as for my mother. Jessica was very responsive any time I had a question and was very sweet. Our family will be back!

We enjoyed our stay in June 2025 so much!! We brought our kids and their children and the setup of the house was perfect for multiple couples and multiple kids. The kids loved the bunk room and riding on the 6-seater cart. We loved going down to the Blue Mountain Beach at night and looking for ghost crabs. The cleanliness and decor of the house was top-notch. We will tell friends about the house and hope to return again!

Oh my goodness, I cannot gush enough about this beautiful home!! My family just had the most perfect family reunion here! Five couples each had their own space and it felt very private, including a quiet upstairs for sleeping babies and the bottom level for a mix of teens and younger kids. This home has SO much to do for kids and mine were in heaven with their own space: built in (big!) bunks with personal reading lights, a separate living room, and stocked with too much fun to list! This house would work equally well for couples wanting a luxurious shared vacation spot or families wanting a space to enjoy together. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful and the backyard backs to a lovely green space. Our favorite pastime was sitting on the screened-porch: from sipping coffee to the sounds of birds to sipping wine and watching lightning. Jessica is a gracious host: friendly, responsive, welcoming. Stop looking and book it! Perfect house a fun golf-cart ride to perfect beaches!!
